Returns

We want you to love your ZAYROYA purchase. You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered.

What can be returned

Items that are unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories, cables and manuals included, together with your order number as proof of purchase.
Items that arrived defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered. These are always eligible, even if the package was opened or the item was tested.

What cannot be returned

Beauty and hair-care devices that have been used (they come into contact with skin, face, neck or hair), unless they are defective. This is for hygiene and safety reasons.
Items damaged by misuse, accidents, water, or unauthorized repair.
Items returned without their original packaging or with missing accessories.

How to request a return

Contact us by email at zayroya.store@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +966 55 260 6739. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos or a short video if the item is defective or damaged.

Please do not send the item back before your request is approved. Once approved, we will send you the return instructions.

Return shipping

If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping. For other approved returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm by email or WhatsApp whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent by bank transfer to the account details you provide.

Exchanges

If your item is defective or incorrect, contact us and we will replace it, subject to availability. If a replacement is not available, we will refund you.
