Thank you for shopping with ZAYROYA. This policy explains how we ship your order and what to expect after you buy.

Delivery area

We currently deliver within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping within Saudi Arabia is free.

Order processing

Orders are processed after confirmation, usually within a few business days and no later than 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders confirmed after business hours or on weekends and holidays start processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order has shipped. They can be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send you the courier details and, where available, a tracking number by email or WhatsApp.

Address accuracy and delivery attempts

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout, because the courier will contact you before delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your details. If the courier cannot reach you after several attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Damaged, lost or delayed orders

Please inspect your package when it arrives. If your order is damaged, incorrect, lost or delayed, contact us right away with your order number (and photos if it is damaged) and we will help resolve it. Returns and refunds are covered in our Refund policy.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can usually help before the order ships, but not once it is in transit.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders as displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to Saudi Arabia.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, and customs delays. Any applicable charges collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
